Thinking Partnership Course (pre-requisite for certified TTT coaching qualification) 6 x 4 hours online or 3 days in-Person or hybrid

This is an intensive, experiential course designed for a maximum of 6 participants. Here you will learn the one-to-one application of the Thinking Environment – a unique and powerful framework for independent thinking. The course content explores the theory and practice of the Ten Components of the Thinking Environment and its use in the Thinking Partnership Session. The Thinking Session is the foundation of the Time To Think approach.

Thinking Partnership course 23, 24, & 25 February 2026 + one 4 hours session online TBC -preparation includes a private Thinking Session of 90 minutes before the course.

Time to Think Foundation Course (pre-requisite for certified TTT facilitation qualification) 4x4 hours online or two full days in-person

On the Foundation Course you will learn ten proven behaviours and many applications for generating superb thinking in individuals and in groups. How do you facilitate collective intelligence in the work environment? How do you free people to be responsible, creative and independent in their thinking? Through input, practice and observation, the Foundation Course generates a quality of learning that is immediately applicable. This course is designed for a maximum of 10 participants.

Leadership & Transforming Meetings Workshop custom designed for teams (smalls groups of 6-8 online & max 12 in-person)

In this programme teams learn how to usefully work with the meeting structure of a Thinking Environment in a way that engages each participant fully. Participants learn how to engender their finest thinking and how to encourage respectful, robust discussion, which leads to decision making of exceptional quality.

Mentorship Training custom designed for groups of Mentors & Mentees (smalls groups of 6-8 online & max 12 in-person)

Mentoring in a Thinking Environment has one goal: the independent thinking of the Mentee. This goal sets this model apart from other mentoring models that rely heavily (and often unawarely) on advice and direction from the Mentor. The expressly Mentee-focussed aspect of the Mentoring process is producing sustained confidence and self-esteem in the Mentee as well as successful problem-solving and achieving of goals.
